Inauguration of Hai Anh Wind Power Plant Project – Project to celebrate 80th National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025)

On August 19, 2025, the Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power Plant project was officially inaugurated – standing as one of the exemplary constructions selected to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

IPC E&C, in its role as EPC General Contractor, proudly collaborated with the ACIT joint venture to realize this large-scale renewable energy project, contributing to the spread of green electricity across the Central region.

08 wind turbines, total capacity 40 MW
Estimated electricity output: 120 million kWh/year
Total investment: 1,565 billion VND
Local budget contribution: ~40 billion VND/year
Investor: Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power Joint Stock Company
EPC General Contractor: IPC E&C – ACIT (joint venture)
