Contract signing ceremony between IPC E&C – ACIT and Hai Anh Wind Power Company.
On December 13, 2023, the EPC general contractor signing ceremony for the Hai Anh Wind Power Plant project in Quang Tri took place, marking a close cooperative relationship between 3 reputable units in the manufacturing, construction and energy, which is Hai Anh Wind Power JSC, IPC E&C & ACIT.
Hai Anh Wind Power Plant project is invested by Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

- Survey area: 855.25 hectares
- Capacity scale: 40MW.
- Connection: Voltage 110KV – About 3.5km
- Electricity production: About 120 GWh per year
To create a project with high technical requirements, the investor of Hai Anh – Quang Tri Wind Power Joint Stock Company chose to go with the joint venture general contractor, IPC E&C and ACIT.
Mr. Tran Duc Trung – General Director of IPC and Mr. Pham Dinh Thang – Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of ACIT pledged to mobilize all resources to carry out the bidding package, the project will certainly be completed safely, with quality and assurance, exceed schedule.
