IPC E&C – EPC Contractor of the “28MWp SEHC Rooftop Solar Power Project”: Contributing to Sustainable Energy Development

April 25 – The 28MWp SEHC Rooftop Solar Power Project at Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex officially broke ground, marking a significant milestone in the collaboration between Samsung (the global tech leader), TotalEnergies, and IPC E&C as the primary EPC contractor. As the key implementing partner, IPC E&C reinforces its leadership in renewable energy by delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and advancing Samsung’s sustainability commitments in Vietnam.

As the selected strategic partner, IPC E&C demonstrated exceptional capability in designing and constructing this large-scale solar power system, which will cover 26% of SEHC’s energy demand. The project not only incorporates advanced technology but also integrates a Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) mechanism, aligning with Samsung’s goal of 100% clean energy in manufacturing.

Leveraging extensive experience in critical projects, IPC E&C ensures on-schedule construction, optimized system performance, and minimized environmental impact. This project serves as a key stepping stone for Samsung Vietnam to achieve carbon neutrality by 2027—three years ahead of its global target.

Beyond economic and technical benefits, the project underscores corporate responsibility, reducing 15,000 tons of CO₂ annually while promoting renewable energy awareness. This early success motivates IPC E&C to further refine its expertise and contribute to more sustainable energy projects across the region.
